We've booked the entire Hyatt Regency Hotel for SYMC attendees to maximize the perks and further discount meal options on site. If you want to explore other options, you are on your own. There are many other hotels in the area, so check hotels.com or similar websites. Some hotels may advertise lower rates, but be sure to check into their parking rates and shuttle service. If you book another area hotel, remember you might be walking outside, please be sure it is within safe walking distance to the Hyatt Regency, as late-night options might not wrap up until midnight.

If you are including Thursday night in your reservation request and receive a “sold out” message, please book your reservation beginning Friday and email your reservation number & Thursday night request to Sherri Smith at sherris@group.com and we will get your Thursday night booked at the SYMC rate and an updated confirmation sent to you.
