It started with a experimental little profile survey with our Inside Track team to get a peek inside the heads and hearts of our youth worker friends. We were so moved by the raw heart, passion, frustration, faith and honest humor expressed in these profiles that we built our entire 2010 marketing campaign around the celebration of every individual, unique youth worker.
