The Simply Youth Ministry Conference is created FOR youth workers BY youth workers. The Inside Track Team is a grassroots in-the-trenches community of youth workers who love the conference and lend their “voice” through consistent feedback on ideas and content planning, prayer support, promotional help and more. Stephanie Caro, a seasoned, in-the-trenches youth ministry veteran from Florida serves as the team leader, engaging in frequent email dialogue with the IT team and feeding them an insider’s scoop! Sometimes Doug Fields or Rick even joins in the conversation! IT team members enjoy some cool perks along the way—but it’s really the passion of being involved in a ministry to fellow youth workers that keeps this group thriving and growing every year.
