Registration tips: Register early with a deposit! Lock your rates at $40 off Early Bird Discount (by Oct 31) or $20 off Advanced Discounts (by Jan 25th)—all you need to do is lock your discounted spot with a $50 non-refundable deposit and pay by January 25th. Bring a team--5 or more save $20 each. For any other available registration discounts, call Matt in customer care at 615-349-7111 and see if your denomination or network has an established discount (there are many!)

Hotel tip: We strongly recommend you book your hotel at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare, which offers the advantage of discounted hotel rates at $119/night (up to 4 per room), $8 a night parking, 30% off all food at the hotel, and free shuttle to the airport. Meal tip: We’re working with food providers to get the lowest prices possible, but you might want to bring a large re-fillable water bottle with you—and bring easy snacks like fruit, peanut butter, energy bars, etc.—just stuff them in your backback and take them wherever you go!
